Pipe bending – Oil and Gas Industry
A significant part of our manufacturing activity is for the oil and gas industry.
We produce carbon steel, stainless steel and special austenitic materials for pressure equipment. These products are mostly made by hot process, tee T-profiles, reducers and extruded sheets are manufactured with Hamburg technology up to Φ 711 mm in diameter; material qualities: P235GH, P355NH, St52.0 15Mo3 16Mo3.
The oil and gas industry needs a number of tools, equipment and supplies for smooth operation, which are made with special technology and individually. Pipe bending, for example, is very important both in the oil and gas industries.
Our company has extensive experience also in pipe bending and we are able to produce any pipe used in the oil and gas industry. Should the need be, we can execute several types of spatial bending, as our special technology allows it. T-profiles and reducers can also be ordered from us. Moreover, we can even fulfil individual requests if we know the adequate parameters. Feel free to contact us if you need accessories that can be produced with pipe bending for oil and gas equipment!
If you are interested and would like to order pipe bending, or have any questions, please contact us at one of our contact details!
Pipe Bending – Chemical Industry
Manufacture of bent pipes operating at high temperature (+400 °C), under extreme weather conditions (- 40 °C – +50 °C), high-pressure; material quality: 1.4541, 1.4301, 1.4306, 1.4401, 1.4404, 1.4435, 316L 306L , X5CrNi18-10, X2CrNi19-11, etc ..
Customised design on request, professional advice on optimum bending solutions.
Pipe Bending – Energy Industry
We bend standard pipes and pipes with special material quality and length and produce pipeline systems for power plants. Thanks to our professional background, we can also undertake individual production tasks
(e.g.: bending of inconel-coated thick-wall pipes, production of curved half-pipes, both for heated tanks and vessel bottoms.
